Dealers can import products, automate order replenishment and display products online- with NO manual entry

Staten Island, NY (August 04, 2020) – Celerant Technology, the #1 provider of innovative retail solutions for the outdoor industry, announced today a partnership with Big Rock Sports, a premier distributor of firearms, hunting, fishing and camping products in North America. Celerant’s integration with Big Rock enables outdoor and hunting dealers to easily import products, automatically reorder inventory, and display merchandise in store and online.

Celerant offers two ATF-compliant retail solutions that seamlessly integrate with Big Rock- Cumulus Retail™, an affordable and powerful point of sale and eCommerce solution for small business; and Stratus Enterprise™, a custom omnichannel commerce platform with advanced features.

“Celerant has supported the outdoor sporting industry for years”, stated Ian Goldman, President and CEO of Celerant Technology. “By integrating with Big Rock, we can now support their dealers with innovative retail technology. As the industry changes, it’s important dealers have the right technology to better serve their customers, and streamline operations both in store and online.”

Importing Big Rock’s products catalog- with NO manual entry
Through the point of sale, outdoor and FFL dealers can easily access and import items from Big Rock’s product catalog- which offers a broad selection of fishing, firearms, ammunition, hunting, camping, boating and taxidermy merchandise. By importing products without having to manually enter data allows dealers to build their retail database quickly; and ensure they have the most current product data from Big Rock. In addition, FFL dealers can maintain compliance by syncing the data with Celerant’s integrated bound book.

Automatically reordering inventory from Big Rock
Celerant’s retail software makes it easy for dealers to automatically reorder inventory for store replenishment. By setting minimum/maximum stock levels for items with high-turnover, Celerant’s retail system can automatically generate and send purchase orders to Big Rock when inventory is low. This ensures their store is well-stocked with the products they need, and reduce overstocks and out-of-stocks.

“We are excited to partner with Celerant, and provide our dealers with a complete retail software,” stated Shannon Adams, Vice President of Information Technology at Big Rock Sports. “Through the integration, our dealers can import our products, reorder, and display our merchandise in their stores and website. For our FFL dealers, Celerant’s integrated A&D book and e4473 will make it easier to maintain compliance as well.”

Displaying Big Rock’s products in store and online
Celerant’s ready-made eCommerce platform allows dealers to launch their website and start selling online with ease. By pulling Big Rock’s ‘live vendor feeds’, along with Celerant’s pre-built website department structure, Big Rocks’ product images and descriptions can be displayed online with little effort on the dealers part. Celerant also offers in store kiosks that integrate with Big Rock, allowing dealers to quickly display Big Rocks’ products and images in store as well.
