Penn Emblem is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Robert Cholodofsky as vice president of information technology. Rob has served as the director of information technology for the past three years, and has planned, managed and implemented strategic projects as directed by senior management. He coordinates the day-to-day operations of his team and works diligently with customers and outside vendors. In conjunction with the ERP and e-commerce project leaders, Rob directs and manages the SOW’S that will automate business operations. In addition, customers will experience an easier way of doing business with Penn Emblem.

Rob came to Penn Emblem from Toll Brothers, Horsham PA, with a plethora of expertise as an Assistant Vice President of Information Technology. With Rob’s skills and his hardworking team, they saved Penn Emblem from a complete shutdown three years ago. “Rob has brought solutions to Penn Emblem from a strategic standpoint that will finally bring Penn Emblem Company into the 21st Century from a technology standpoint,” says President Randi Blumenthal, “With Rob’s involvement, his team has been critical in a myriad of projects that will benefit the customer and the company long term.” The upgrading of Penn Emblem’s overall infrastructure, virtualizing the corporate data center, implementing a unified communications solution and introducing formal IT Policies are just a few of Rob’s successes.

The Information Technology department plays a monumental role in Penn Emblem’s bigger picture. “I have great confidence and a stellar team that can continue to upgrade our company’s infrastructure and software/systems portfolio,” says Cholodofsky, “Our manufacturing facilities will be modernized with state-of-the-art technology including next generation ERP systems.” With the onset of 2020, Penn Emblem is undergoing a complete rebranding and overall company upgrade that relies heavily on the efforts of Rob and his team to monitor and maintain the growth. Like any good company executive, Rob has nothing but high hopes and expectations for Penn Emblem in the coming years to be the number one brand decorator and nothing less.
